Love these shoes! I didn’t realize they had a true leather sole, likely my mistake not reading closely enough, so when the coating began to wear off after a few uses I freaked out a little. But the shoes are gorgeous, just like the photographs on the website. I’m glad I got a size 10 wide. Most of the time I’m between a 9.5-10. The 10s are a tad large, but I can wear fuzzy socks with them for the ultimate aesthetic™️. They are comfortable and they seem quite durable as long as I keep the mink oil on the soles. It is recommended to put mink oil on before first use. I write that here so anyone like me who reads reviews but not the care instructions knows! Overall I love the shoes from this site and will absolutely be purchasing more pairs. I’ve got my eye on the Jessie’s next.

We're so glad your Londoners are working well for you! We don't really recommend applying mink oil to the soles before you start to wear your shoes, just because there is a protective sealant on the soles that will prevent the mink oil from soaking into the leather. Once you start to wear the shoes, this sealant will scuff away revealing the leather underneath - once this begins to happen, that is the best time to start applying the mink oil to your soles.

I was nervous about buying shoes online but they are true to size and actually very comfortable! They also smell lovely (leather).

The shoe felt a little tight at first but after a few minutes it was more comfortable.

Best of Imperfection 🤩

Though my pair was sold at a discount for an imperfection - crease in the sole leather just before the heel - they fit perfectly!
Wides fit perfectly and the length of the toe isn't so long that it is unsupported.
