Lovely courtesans, cute gig

I'm back from Valhalla Renaissance Faire, at South Lake Tahoe. Yesterday was lovely, not too hot, and not snowing, lol. Here are some photos from our day...

I carved a fox into the St. Maximilian (German Landsknechts) "make your mark" table, in honor of Maggie, who was missed.

I wore the recycled blue kirtle made from Tudor Tailor, and am happy to report that is didn't hurt or bother, which means hopefully it can stay in its current form for awhile! This blue fabric has been a flemish gown, an English gown, a Regency Spencer, and now it's been refashioned in its latest English kirtle incarnation.
