"Devonshire" Leather 18th Century Shoes on the Horizon...

Most of you already know that a leather 18th century colonial shoe will be released for pre-ordering on August 1, just 13 days away! These are called the "Devonshires," after Georgiana, Duchess of ... you guessed it. :-)

The Devonshires are 100% leather in the highest grade, with beautiful, smooth, Italian leather soles. They have the same custom-made French heel as the Georgianas, and can also be dyed a variety of colors.

The Devies come in white, but can be dyed or painted a myriad of colors. Check back for how-to posts on doing this yourself. (color palette removed, until I can find a reliable supplier!)
Remember, August 1 through August 10 are the dates for the pre-order. Get the reduced price ($100!), and size priority, even if you have to exchange them later. The goal is to collect 80 orders, so please help spread the word to your friends and costume buddies!


Expected Delivery is end of September 2011.

*The width of the Devonshires will be back to the average, normal, expected width of high-heeled shoes. I tried to get the wide widths in addition to the regular, but due to misunderstandings and bizarre happenings as a result, I just have to get the regular widths sorted first, with an intention to source wide widths in the future. One thing at a time...
